Property Management Services

Abad property management services (APMS) was formed in March 2006 and has been managing the Baypride Mall and Towers since then. APMS is an independent business unit that operates under Abad Group of companies. It provides facilities management services for residential and commercial properties. We strive to improve our services and deliver high quality common area maintenance.

APMS currently provide the following services:

  • Management, maintenance & Repair service for residential and commercial properties.
    The scope involves maintaining and servicing the common areas and all the fixed assets that are part of the common areas. This covers Provision of security, housekeeping, pool maintenance and maintenance of mechanical and electrical assets (Lifts, diesel generator, commercial a/c system, pumps, motors, sewage treatment plant, transformers, electrical panels and UPS systems).
  • Landscape maintenance of the property.
  • Internal maintenance of a property (i.e cleaning activities inside the flat, villa and offices).Residents/Non –residents can also avail housekeeping service for their property even when they are away from home.

  • Facilitate the payment of utility bills on behalf of the customer.

  • Help in finding suitable Lessee/tenants for Residential and commercial properties and also assist in finalizing lease agreements with tenants for their property.

  • Carryout repair contracts or similar arrangements.

Periodic maintenance of the building is recommended at regular intervals to ensure that the building ages gracefully and the property is in good shape for years to come. APMS would help you get the right advice regarding periodical maintenance and to ensure that the work is carried out at the right time and at the right price.
