From facilitating the formation of the residential association to maintenance works that arise even after-sales, we are here to provide our customers with the necessary support to ensure the smooth handover over of properties.

02.Housekeeping facility management service

Every completed project will be provided with total housekeeping solution to ensure clean and tidy surroundings. Common areas such as stairs, terrace, driveway and common toilets will be cleaned; and gardens will be maintained. A nominal charge will be levied for these services.

03.Maintenance division

This division facilitates and coordinates electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and carpentry services. Trained technicians attend to any reworks or extra works or rectification works.

04.Interior design and works division

Interior design and works division An in-house interior designer's service is available for flat owner for designing their apartment for a fee. After detailed drawing and estimations, the interior works are executed by specialist and approved contract agencies under the direct supervision of the interior design

05.Rental division

For our valued customer who wishes to give their homes for rent, we arrange high value rentals. All coordinating activities, making agreements, collecting rentals and depositing in bank accounts etc. are handled by our Home Care representative. A nominal fee is charged for such services.

Cleaning services for individual units

  • Residence (move in, move out)

OUR SERVICES

Design level

  • Co-ordination for obtaining legal clearance (for the concerened property), with regards to statutory approvals, from local bodies.
  • Outsourcing of Consultants (Architectural/Service related) .
  • Preparation of project concept (inc. of drawings and validation of obtained data), based on co-ordination meetings.
  • Finalization of project design data.
  • Obtaining of required approvals (Architectural/Service related-inc.of initial approvals/temporary connections), needed for starting construction activities.
  • Co-ordination on final working drawing, through consultants.
  • Finalization of work and material specifications, involving cost optimization aspects of design and product management solutions.
  • Preperation of cost estimates,subject to approval of the finalized specification, of the concerened project.
  • Tentative project scheduling, with monthly cash flow statements.
  • Obtaining of final approvals, of required on project completion, for all Architectural/Service related activities (based on site inspection by local bodies).

  • Detailed project scheduling, in coordination with finalised agencies, with detailed cash flow statements.
  • FManpower allocation, inc. of site staff.
  • Periodical site inspections, site coordination meetings, analysis of work schedules,etc.
  • Strict quality control measures, at all stages of work through peridical inspections/monitoring of checklists, etc.
  • Strict adherence to saftey practices and environmental friendly measures.
  • Cost tracking/controlling procedures, in line with baseline cost schedules.
  • Generation of montly reports, with regards to work schedules and cost tracking measures.
