ENGINEER-CUSTOMER RELATIONS

JOB ROLE
- Enquire customization requirements to all customers after sending customization packages to each
- In case of additional customization requests, coordinate with the Site-In-Charge/Project Head to confirm feasibility of customization request
- Follow up with customers to obtain confirmation for customization details and pricing.
- Conduct site visits to check typical floor, Electrical , Plumbing and Quality of each work.
- Conduct site visits to inspect and validate implementation of customer customization. Conducts site visits to check general snags after completion of project
