ENGINEER-CUSTOMER RELATIONS

JOB ROLE

  • Enquire customization requirements to all customers after sending customization packages to each
  • In case of additional customization requests, coordinate with the Site-In-Charge/Project Head to confirm feasibility of customization request
  • Follow up with customers to obtain confirmation for customization details and pricing.
  • Conduct site visits to check typical floor, Electrical , Plumbing  and  Quality of each work.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect and validate implementation of customer customization. Conducts site visits to check general snags after completion of project
  • Prepare reconciliation chart to check installations in each flat
  • Coordinating with each customers and also for handing over functions.
  • Coordinate with Site-In-Charge to rectify customization snags identified during the property inspection .
  • Obtain customer feedback for service delivered and forward the same to the HOD for analysis
  • Update the customization tracker to reflect closure of handover process
  • Regular record updation and tracker maintenance of various CRD works.
  • Regular follow up with respect to completion of customer suggestions and thus to ensure total customer satisfaction.

ASST. PROJECT MANAGER / PROJECT MANAGER

SENIOR/MANAGER-INTERIOR DESIGNS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  •  Passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their needs, preferences, and project requirements.
  • Space Planning: Develop space plans that optimize the use of space, ensuring functionality and aesthetics.
  • Design Conceptualization: Create design concepts, including color schemes, furniture layouts, lighting plans, and material selections
  • Project Management: Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Sourcing: Select and source furniture, fixtures, and materials that align with the design concept and budget.
  • Presentations: Coordinate with respective team for presenting design proposals, including sketches, renderings, and mood boards to clients.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and technology.
 JOB ROLE 
 
  • Engage with  clients to understand their interior design needs, preferences, and budget requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop customized design proposals and design concepts that align with their vision and requirements.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge and recommendations on furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories to enhance the overall design aesthetic.
  • Coordinate with internal design teams, project managers, and vendors to execute design projects from concept to completion.
  • Site Visits: Conduct site visits to ensure designs are being implemented correctly and resolve any issues that arise during construction.

 

ENGINEER WATER PROOFING-

  • B-Tech (Civil ) /Diploma in civil with good communication skills
    Good knowledge and experience in waterproofing applications work.
 
  • 2-3 years of experience in waterproofing High-rise Apartments
  • Experience in handling  Estimation and Billing Works of waterproofing work.
  • Good  knowledge of MS Office
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Excellent Analytical and problem solving skills.
    Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Team Player 

JOB ROLE

  • Responsible for correction and maintenance of waterproofing treatment and application work (Pre & Post construction).
  • Assist in identifying seepages or defects in the project’s existing waterproofing membrane/coatings.
  •  Handling documentation, (Preparation of Reports, Reconciliation, Billing ,site surveying, measurement and estimation etc.)
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate reports on water proofing  project work status 
  • Site workers wages /attendance monitoring
  • Perform visual inspections to projects for quality inspections.

  • Exercise professional advice to clients when required.

EXE /SR. EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION

  • MBA/Any graduate having 3-4 years of experience  in handling administration work of  construction industry.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships 
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.Time management.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Adaptability: Ability to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.  

JOB ROLE 

  • Monitoring all site general  administration 
    (Security /Housekeeping  & site office facilitation)
  • Organizing & Supervising  of Administrative ,office and Logistic systems and support functions (Vendor management, Stationary).   
  • Site statutory compliance registration and renewal  (RERA/Building CESS, Contract Labour registration,ISM,Kerala Building and other construction  workers welfare registration.
  • Company Vehicle purchase, maintenance,insurance and its renewal.
  • Liaise with Local labor authorities and maintain cordial relations.
  • Ensuring suitable accommodation, Transport & fooding for labor and staffs.
  • Liaisoning with various government offices like Labour,KWA for getting various certificates and license to run the project smoothly.
  • Project Insurance processing and its renewal  (CAR/WC/PUBLIC LIABILITY),Health Insurance of employees.
  • Flat Association Formation and handling of its operation till handover
