ESTIMATION ENGINEER -INTERIORS

  • A bachelor’s degree in Civil or in relevant filed with 2-4 years experience in independently handling the  Estimation of  Interior  Industry. 
  • KSA's (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
  • Technical Skills: 
    Proficiency in cost management, contract negotiation, budgeting, and financial forecasting. 
  • Soft Skills: 
    Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills are crucial. 
  • Software: 
    Familiarity with software like  ERP,MS Excel and potentially AutoCAD is often required. 

JOB ROLE 

  • Prepares Client Requirement Sheet
  • Key responsibilities are to take quantities, analyse materials and labor costs, coordinate with vendors for pricing.
  • Preparing detailed cost estimates and proposals for interior projects by analysing floor plans, 3D designs, and 2D drawings.
  • Drafts PO’s from approved quotes.
  • Analyse project plans and drawings to take quantities for all materials needed.
  • Obtain, compare, and negotiate quotations from vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Work closely with design and project teams to select materials and ensure all aspects of the design are accounted for.
  • Assist in optimising project costs without compromising quality.

Work Flow

  • Analyse architectural plans, 3D models, and client specifications to understand the project scope.
  • Perform quantity take-offs to determine the amount of each material required.
  • Obtain quotations from various suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Compile all the information to create a detailed cost estimate and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
  • Draft and submit the final estimate to the client.
  • Respond to client queries and assist in negotiations to secure the project.

MANAGER -QUANTITY SURVEY

  • A bachelor’s degree in Civil with 8-10 years experience in  Quantity Surveying of  Construction Industry. Experience in heading  the QS division shall be an added advantage .

Cost Management: 

Oversee all financial aspects of construction projects, including preparing cost estimates, developing budgets, and controlling expenses to keep the project within budget.

Financial Forecasting and Reporting:

Coordination:

ASST.MANAGER SALES
