  • Plan and implement projects as per the time schedule
  • Help define project scope, goals and deliverables

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Business, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales in the interior design 
  • Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and color theory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Creative flair and a passion for design, with the ability to translate client visions into compelling design concepts.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing techniques.
  •  Passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their interior design needs, preferences, and budget requirements.
  • Present and promote our interior design services, showcasing our portfolio of projects, design capabilities, and expertise.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop customized design proposals and design concepts that align with their vision and requirements.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge and recommendations on furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories to enhance the overall design aesthetic.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to clients, outlining project scope, timelines, and pricing and thus to close the active  client leads. 
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding of expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal design teams, project managers, and vendors to execute design projects from concept to completion.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to expand professional network and generate leads  


  • B-Tech (Civil ) with good communication skills
    Good knowledge and expertise in  Estimation and Billing .
  • Make QS work reports  and  help Site Head /Team in the preparation of various reports for HO
  • Do the Estimation, Billing Works
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Fast learner and passion for engineering 
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Team Player 


  • Should be having hands on experience in handling QS Functions (Preparation of Reports, Reconciliation, Billing Etc )
  • Meetings co-ordination and report making of site construction progress.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate reports on project work status 
  • Site workers wages /attendance monitoring

Executive - Tele Calling & Customer Relations

  • Any graduate having 3-4 years of experience  in tele calling  &  handling customer relations 
  • Should   possess hands on experience in making outbound calls to inform and promote on flats /villa and other services 
  • Excellent communication skills and strong command of the English language
  • Data entry skills to complement the tele calling work.
  • Pleasant and pleasing personality 
  • Research skills for telecalling and reaching out to new clientele


  • The  telecaller candidate should be able to absorb customer feedback and make the customers feel heard while generating leads and meeting sales objectives
  • Improve organisational efficiency through diligent observation skills as a telecaller
  • Memorise scripts and customise them for the clients as per the situation while telecalling
  • Foster relationships with existing clients, and build a rapport with potential clients
  • Make reports and documentation based on conversations that took place during telecalling
  • Report the analysis and observation to the team lead
  • Adhere to organisational guidelines and methodology while telecalling
  • Generate sales by making cold calls to active or old clients
