- Understand the project maintenance work or complaint type and segregate the work accordingly
- Understand the department inter-linkages to identify the points of contact to obtain information regarding various customer complaints
- Communicate timeline of complaint closure to the customer and after sales division.
- Coordinate with the customer/department/personnels to ensure closure of complaint in the tracker. If possible obtain the acknowledgement for closure of complaint from the customer.
- Analysis the number, type and frequency of complaints received and suggest the technical preventive action to take in order to arrest the frequent complaints noted.
