Prepares Client Requirement Sheet
Key responsibilities are to take quantities, analyse materials and labor costs, coordinate with vendors for pricing.
Preparing detailed cost estimates and proposals for interior projects by analysing floor plans, 3D designs, and 2D drawings.
Drafts PO's from approved quotes.
Analyse project plans and drawings to take quantities for all materials needed.
Obtain, compare, and negotiate quotations from vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
